Conditions of use
● Ambient temperature: it shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is+40℃, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. (For example, 90% at +20℃). The influence of occasional condensation due to temperature change should be considered;
● When the equipment is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%
● The equipment shall be installed in the place without violent vibration and impact, and in the place where the electrical components are not sufficiently corroded.

1. Main circuit solution
There are 129 solutions designed for the main circuit of GGD cabinet, with a total of 298 specifications (excluding the solutions and specifications derived from the functional changes of auxiliary circuit and the changes of control voltage).
Including: 49 GGD1 solutions and 123 specifications
53 solutions and 107 specifications for GGD2
27 solutions and 68 specifications for GGD3
The main circuit solution is selected and compiled by soliciting the opinions of the design and user departments, and the solution required by the power plant is added. The rated current is 3150A, which is suitable for distribution transformers of 2000kVA and below. In addition, in order to meet the needs of reactive power compensation, GGJ 1 and GGJ 2 capacitance compensation cabinets are designed, with 4 main circuit solutions and 12 specifications in total.
2. Auxiliary circuit solution
The design of auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: power supply solution and power plant solution. There is enough space in GGD cabinet to install secondary components. At the same time, a special LMZ3D current transformer has been developed to meet the needs of power plants and special users when attaching relay protection.
3. Main busbar
Considering the price ratio and the feasibility of replacing copper with aluminum, single aluminum busbar can be used when the rated current is 1500A and below, and double copper busbar can be used when the rated current is greater than 1500A. The manufacturer shall manufacture the prototype according to this provision and pass the type test. Of course, the manufacturer can also replace the aluminum busbar with copper busbar with the same current carrying capacity according to the user's requirements. The lapping surface of busbar shall be treated by tin lining process.
4. Selection of electrical components
The GGD cabinet mainly adopts the more advanced electrical components that can be mass produced in China. At the same time, according to the principle of economy and rationality, some available old products such as DZ10D, DZ20, etc. are reserved under the premise of full consideration of feasibility, and obsolete products are not selected.
HD13BX and HS13BX rotary operating knife switches are special components designed to meet the needs of the unique structure of GGD cabinet. They change the operating mode of the mechanism, retain the advantages of the old products, and are utility model electrical components.
For example, when the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to the needs of users, the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility, which generally will not cause manufacturing and installation difficulties due to the renewal of electrical components.
In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, ZMJ type combined bus clamp and insulation support for GGD cabinet are designed. The busbar clamp is made of high strength, high flame retardant PPO alloy material after thermoplastic molding, with high insulation strength, good self extinguishing performance and unique structure. It can be conveniently combined into a single busbar clamp or a double busbar clamp simply by adjusting the building block type spacer. The insulation support is a sleeve type molded structure with low cost and high strength, which solves the defect of insufficient creepage distance of old products.
Installation and use
After the product arrives at the receiving place, first check whether the package is intact, and timely notify the relevant departments to find out the reasons if problems are found. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be placed in appropriate places according to the provisions of the use conditions.
Product installation
The product shall be installed according to the installation diagram, and the foundation channel steel and bolts shall be prepared by the user. When installing the wholly tinned main bus, the lapping surface shall be flat, cleaned, coated with neutral vaseline or other measures, and then fastened with bolts.
The following items shall be inspected and tested before the product is put into operation after installation
1. Check whether the top coat of the cabinet falls off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.
2. Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible and free from clamping stagnation or excessive operating force.
3. Whether the main and auxiliary contacts of the main electrical appliances are reliable and accurate.
4. Whether the transformation ratio and polarity of instrument indication and transformer are correct.
5. Whether the bus connection is good, and whether the insulation supports, mounting parts and accessories are firmly and reliably installed.
6. Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification of the fuse is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is reliable and accurate.
7. Whether the contact of the circuit meets the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
8. Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.
9. The insulation resistance measured with a 500V megger shall not be less than 1MΩ.

Precautions
This product is not installed against the wall, single-side (front), double-side door maintenance low-voltage distribution cabinet. Only qualified professionals can enter or open the maintenance channel and cabinet door for operation, inspection and maintenance.
After the air circuit breaker is closed and opened for many times, the main contact will be partially burned and produce carbonized substances, which will increase the contact resistance. The air circuit breaker should be regularly maintained and overhauled according to its instructions.
