Conditions of use

● Ambient temperature: -5℃~+40℃, and the average temperature within 24h shall not exceed+35℃;
● Altitude: no more than 2000m;
● Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40℃; There can be a higher relative humidity at a lower temperature (for example, 90% at +20℃). Considering the temperature change, moderate condensation is allowed;
● When the equipment is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °;
● The equipment shall be installed in a place without severe vibration, impact and corrosion;

● The electrical performance shall fully comply with the relevant provisions of GB 7251.1 and IEC 60439-1
● The feed out switch adopts a new molded case circuit breaker and compound release with small volume, high breaking, short flashover (or no flashover), which have overload and short circuit protection functions and can be equipped with leakage protection functions according to user requirements; 
● Motor circuit has overload, short circuit, undervoltage and phase loss protection functions;
● The auxiliary circuit has local and remote control functions and local and remote automatic switching functions.​

Precautions before installation, acceptance and operation
After the arrival of the product, first check whether the package is intact. If any problem is found, timely notify the relevant department to find out the reason. If the product is not installed immediately, it should be placed in an appropriate place according to the provisions of the service conditions.
● The product installation foundation channel steel and bolts shall be provided by the user, and the connection holes between the foundation channel steel and the cabinet body shall be provided by the user;
● After the product is installed and before it is put into operation, conduct inspection and test;
● Check whether the coating film on the cabinet body falls off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean;
● Whether the on-off of main electrical appliances and auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate;
● Whether the type selection and wiring principle of main components are consistent with the schematic drawings;
● The insulation value of 500V tramegger shall not be less than 1MΩ. During measurement, pay attention to disconnecting the wiring of electronic components that cannot bear voltage.
● Precautions
After the low-voltage air circuit breaker is closed and opened for many times, the main contact will be partially burned and carbon substances will be generated, which will increase the contact resistance. The universal low-voltage air circuit breaker should be regularly maintained and overhauled according to its instructions.
