● Technical description
XGN□-12 fully insulated fully enclosed gas ring main unit is installed on a galvanized sheet frame, the switch unit is in the SF6 gas box, and the gas box is made of anti-corrosion and non-magnetic 3mm thick stainless steel plate. SF6 gas box is a "seal pressure system" which can operate for 30 years under normal working conditions. The pressure of SF6 gas under normal operation is 0.15~0.4 bar. The gas box is equipped with a pressure relief device to ensure that the gas can be released from the bottom or rear when the pressure is too high.
● Switch unit
The load switch adopts the coaxial rotary double breakpoint mode, and carries out kinetic energy operation through the same operation hole in coordination with the sliding plate. Therefore, the switch can only be in one of the three states of "closing, opening, and grounding" at any time to completely avoid misoperation.
● Operating mechanism
The operating mechanism of the switch is installed at the front outside the air box, which has been treated with special technology to prevent corrosion, facilitate manual operation and maintenance, and easily realize electric operation.
