● Altitude: ≤1000m (if there are special requirements, it can be noted when ordering. At present, there are 6 groups operating at 5200m altitude);

Product feature
● SF6 ring main unit is easy to combine and expand, small in size, safe and reliable;
● SF6 gas shall be used as insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and the arc extinguishing capacity shall not be affected by the arc current with constant magnetic field rotating arc extinguishing mode, which has good breaking performance, low overvoltage, long electrical life and maintenance free arc extinguishing chamber;
● It can be equipped with three working stations, multi functions and miniature pressure gauge;
● Operating mechanism and locking with simple operation and high reliability;
● The product has passed the rated breaking test of zero gauge pressure of SF6 gas, with large functional margin and high possibility;

Product structure
● Overall structure
The ring main unit is composed of busbar room, load switch (or circuit breaker room), cable room, operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism, low-voltage control room, measuring or metering circuit, etc. Each compartment is divided by steel plate to avoid the fault affecting the adjacent compartment.
● Bus room
The busbar room is arranged at the upper part of the cabinet, where the main busbar is connected together and runs through the whole row of switchgear. The busbar is arranged horizontally for easy expansion.
● Main switch room
Load switch room: a load switch is installed in the switch room. The shell of the load switch is made of epoxy resin, filled with SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulating medium. Two transparent plastic end covers formed by hot pressing are set at the outlet of the operating shaft, through which the contact state can be observed. SF6 gas density meter or gas density meter with alarm contact can be installed in the switching room according to customer requirements. Circuit breaker room: the circuit breaker room is located in the middle of the cabinet, which can be equipped with special vacuum circuit breakers or SF6 circuit breakers according to customer needs. Its breaking capacity can meet the normal switching and branch network operation
● Cable room
The cable room is mainly used for cable connection, so that single core or three core cables can be connected with the simplest unshielded cable head. At the same time, the ample space can also accommodate the components of lightning arrester, current transformer and lower earthing switch. According to the standard design, the cabinet door is equipped with an observation window and a safety interlock device, and the bottom plate of the cable room is equipped with a sealing cover and a cable clamp with a suitable size and support. The door front frame of the cable room bottom plate can be removed to facilitate cable installation.
● Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism and low-voltage control room
The low voltage room with interlocking functions as a control panel at the same time. The low-voltage room is equipped with spring operating mechanism and mechanical interlock device with position indicator, as well as auxiliary contact, tripping coil, emergency tripping mechanism, capacitive voltage indicator, key lock and electric operating device. At the same time, the low voltage room space can also be used for installing control circuits, recording instruments and protection relays. The 750mm wide cabinet is equipped with two identical low voltage rooms, which can be equipped with more accessories.
