Conditions of use

● Altitude：不超过2000m； 注:订购本产品超出上述条件规定时，请与本公司协商。

● Ambient temperature: the temperature shall not be higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than+35℃;
● Atmospheric conditions: the air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is lower, such as 90% when the temperature is +20℃. However, temperature changes should be taken into account, which may cause occasional condensation;
● Altitude: no more than 2000m;
● The device is suitable for the following temperature transportation and storage processes: between -25℃ and +55℃, it can reach +70℃ in a short time (no more than 24h). Under these extreme temperatures, the device shall not be damaged irreparably, and shall be able to work normally under normal conditions;
● If the above use conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate for solution;

Switch cabinet type

● Power center cabinet (PC): Emax, MT, 3WN, AH, ME series circuit breakers can be used;
● Motor control center cabinet (MCC): it is assembled by large and small drawers. The main switch of each circuit adopts high breaking molded case circuit breaker or rotary load switch with fuse;
● Automatic power factor compensation cabinet (with manual, automatic and motion power factor compensation devices).

Transportation and storage of devices

● The device shall not be overturned or subjected to severe vibration; 
● The transportation angle plate shall be used for hoisting the device after unpacking, and the included angle of two steel wire ropes shall be ≤120°. Forklift, roller or crowbar are not allowed to be directly carried out on the underframe of the device;
● If the device needs to move in a small distance when it is installed in place, it can be pried on the four corners of the test frame;
● It is not allowed to dismantle electrical products and parts at will in the device;
● Rain and humidity shall be prevented, and the ambient temperature shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of this sample.​

Completeness of products

● The switch cabinet shall be attached with packing list, product certificate, product instructions and necessary drawings, door keys of attached accessories and spare parts provided according to the supporting list.
