Structure characteristics

● Iron core
The iron core shall be cold rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity grain orientation. The iron core is a core type iron core, which is a fully inclined seam stacked iron core. The iron core column is a circular section with multi steps, and the iron yoke and iron core are of equal section.
● Winding
The winding is made of corrugated oil duct, which is not dipped in paint, and is bound with tight tape. The windings are all concentric coils. The high-voltage winding has a tap corresponding to the tapping voltage requirements, which is led to the tapping switch, which is installed on the box cover. The tapping voltage can be changed only after the power supply is cut off.
● Safety protection device 
30~2000kVA transformers are equipped with pressure relief valves;
Gas relay with alarm and trip terminal can be installed according to user requirements;
● Oil temperature measuring device
All transformers are equipped with tube sockets of glass thermometer, which are set at the top of the oil tank and extend into the oil for 120±10mm;
1000~2000kVA transformers are equipped with outdoor signal thermometers;
● Transformer oil tank
The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated walls, the surface is sprayed with powder and the paint film is firm. The corrugated heat sink not only has the cooling function, but also has the "breathing" function. The elasticity of the corrugated heat sink can compensate for the change of transformer oil volume caused by temperature rise and fall. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil conservator, which reduces the overall height of the transformer; The vacuum oil injection process is adopted when the transformer is packaged, which completely removes the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil does not contact with the air. It effectively prevents the possibility of transformer insulation performance degradation and transformer oil aging caused by oxygen and moisture intrusion into the transformer, so it is unnecessary to conduct oil sample test regularly.​

● Altitude: no more than 1000m;
