Product overview:

GTXGN-12 AC metal solid insulation ring network switchgear is a fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance free solid insulation vacuum switchgear. All high-voltage live parts are cast with epoxy resin materials with excellent insulation performance, which organically combines the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, main electrical circuit, insulation support, etc. into a whole, and the functional units are connected through fully insulated solid bus. Therefore, the entire switchgear is not affected by the external environment, which can ensure the reliability of equipment operation and the safety of operators. The ring main unit has the characteristics of simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, convenient installation, etc. It is suitable for 50Hz, 12 kV power systems, widely used in industrial and civil cable ring network and distribution network terminal projects, as the purpose of receiving and distributing electric energy, especially for urban residential power distribution, small substations, switching stations, cable branch boxes, box type substations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, hospitals, stadiums, railways, tunnels and other places. Because the product has the advantages of full insulation, full sealing and full shielding, it is especially suitable for use in areas with harsh environments such as high altitude, high temperature, damp heat, severe cold and pollution.

According to the type of switch, it can be classified into load switch with grounding assembly (referred to as C module), load switch without grounding assembly (referred to as CB module), circuit breaker with grounding assembly (referred to as V module), circuit breaker without grounding assembly (referred to as VB module), circuit breaker interconnection switch (referred to as VZ module), switch-fuse combination switch assembly (referred to as F module), and disconnector assembly (referred to as G module).

Safety and environmental protection

● Visible isolating distance of isolating knife 
In front of the cabinet, there is a visible window of the isolating distance, which can be used to view the isolation closing position, isolation opening position, grounding closing position, and the three working positions. It is convenient for the on-site staff to repair and determine the location of the isolation knife, which is very safe.
● Internal combustion arc design
Internal arcing pressure valve: when arcing occurs inside the product, the pressure will be released from the pressure relief valve and the arcing will be discharged to the cable trench to avoid accidental injury to the operation.
● Green and environmental protection
It is designed with environment-friendly materials. SF6 gas is not used as the arc extinguishing medium and insulation. It does not pollute the environment. The primary circuit uses the least contact design to ensure low energy consumption during operation.
